This week has been one for great collecting, I must say! The biggest thing I LOVE about Instagram is that amazing vintage pieces come up for sale that I never would've have had the chance to buy otherwise!
The dress below is from the 1960's and has a beaded fringe & sequined bodice that's TO DIE FOR! It can be VERY hard to find good quality vintage clothing is a size that can properly accommodate curves 😉 Although with full disclosure, I can't wear a bra with this one 😆

The picture below is a closer view of the handmade 1960's burlesque costume I just recently bought. The amount of work & time that went into this is AMAZING! It truly is a piece of art, especially with the intricate beading surviving decades shimmying & shaking!
As a side note: my closet isn't normally this messy. I was in the process of rearranging 😏
Okay, so let's talk about the KILLER 1940's Felt Hat! I used to be an avid collector of hats until I ran out of room to display & properly store them. That was until I went into my FAVORITE vintage shop in Fargo, Revolver. The only flaw is a strand of sequins just needs to be fastened, but OH MAN how vibrant is that color! Being an unnatural Redhead, Orange isn't my best color, but I'm more than willing to make an exception for this 😊
